Enforcement of the filing requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act are suspended, again. The Treasury Department indicates that it will issue a determination on or by March 21 to narrow the enforcement, possibly to foreign reporting companies. Once again, we will continue to monitor the situation for any new developments.
