Ana Escobar
Legal Secretary
A credentialed legal secretary, Ana Escobar joined the firm as file clerk and quickly rose to the rank of legal secretary extraordinaire. She combines a decade of experience in legal processes and procedures with an enduring interest in the law. In her role supporting the firm’s attorneys and their clients, Ana manages critical information and provides exceptional service to our clients. She is frequently called upon to use her bilingual skills to serve Spanish speaking clients. Clients appreciate Ana’s calm demeanor while we rely on her finely-honed abilities to schedule meetings and prepare case information to meet mission-critical deadlines.
Legal Knowledge and Background
Ana draws on a strong background supporting probate and trust litigation and real estate and land use practices for several prominent Sonoma County law firms. She began her career with a Legal Secretary degree from Empire College. Most recently, Ana was affiliated with the Law Offices of Joseph A. Piasta II, where she worked by his side for many years. A career legal professional, Ana’s comprehensive knowledge of the legal profession and local rules of court goes beyond her ability to file and catalog legal documents and subpoena records. She plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ana’s superior organizational and communication skills and road-tested ability to handle confidential information provide the superior legal services our clients depend on.
Work/Life Balance
When she’s not gathering and preparing documents and performing other essential tasks at the office, Ana enjoys spending time with her children and traveling with her family. She is also an excellent cook, and recently shared her delicious Enchiladas Verde recipe with our newsletter readers. Please join us in welcoming Ana Escobar to the firm.
